Time for detox

After summer - time to clear the body of all the rubbish we have eaten on our holidays. Detox is for three days. Recipes soon.

Detox shopping list:

* 200g of natural yogurt (not fat free, look for lowest level of sugar)

* 22 Apples

* 3 lemons

* yellow bell pepper

* 1 & 1/2 cucumber

* 3 Celery sticks

* 3 Broccoli steams (1 inch each)

* 1 large or 2 small beetroot (raw)

* 2 pieces Ginger (fresh)

* 2 Avocados (ripe)

* 1/4 cup of blackberries (fresh or frozen)

* 1/4 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

* 1 medium Pineapple

* 1 lb (500g) Spinach

* 3,5 liters of mineral water
